Account and Registration
To open an account at 89vd, you need an active mobile number and a password. The registration process takes just a few minutes to complete. Registering with accurate information means you will have no trouble withdrawing funds or claiming bonuses later. Use your own number — opening an account with someone else's details is not allowed.
According to 89vd's rules, only one account is allowed per person. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and any deposited funds being forfeited. If you cannot access your account, contact us via live chat instead of opening a new one.
You can reset your password from the "Forgot Password" option on the login page, which sends an OTP to your registered mobile number. If the OTP does not arrive or you face any other issue, contact 89vd live chat support. The support team is available in Bangla 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
At 89vd, identity verification may be required before withdrawals above a certain amount to ensure secure transactions. A clear photo of your national ID card or passport is sufficient for verification. The process is quick and straightforward — it is usually completed within a few hours. This is done for the security of your account.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits via bKash are nearly instant — the amount usually arrives in your 89vd account within a few seconds to one or two minutes. Occasional minor delays may occur due to network issues. If it takes more than 5 minutes, contact live chat with your transaction ID.
The minimum deposit at 89vd is ৳500. This applies equally across all methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. You can start with a small amount to try out your preferred games. The maximum deposit limit depends on your payment method — check the cashier page for details.
Withdrawals from 89vd to Nagad generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Having your account verification completed before submitting a withdrawal request speeds up the process. This timeframe applies on bank holidays as well. Larger amounts may take a little longer.
89vd does not charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, bKash, Nagad or Rocket may apply their own service charges — this is part of each payment provider's own policy. For bank transfers, your bank's standard charges apply.
Transfers from Bangladesh's major banks are accepted at 89vd. Most commercial banks are supported, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. Get the designated account number from the cashier page for your transfer and make sure to include the reference number correctly.
When a withdrawal is rejected, the reason is usually communicated via email or a notification in your account. Common reasons include unfulfilled bonus wagering requirements, incomplete account verification or incorrect account details. Contact live chat in Bangla to resolve the issue — our support team is available 24 hours a day.
